“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Russell to the Board of Trustees of the T. L. L. Temple Foundation,” said Wynn Rosser, President and CEO of the foundation. “His extensive experience in finance, education, and his community leadership roles will be invaluable as we pursue our mission to work alongside rural communities to make a positive impact in East Texas.”

“His commitment to excellence and dedication to serving others make him a valuable addition to the foundation’s board,” said W. Temple Webber, III, Board Chairman. “As a Texarkana native, Dr. Russell is a natural fit. Generations of the T.L.L. Temple family called Texarkana home. This is where the family started and grew its forest products business that ultimately enabled the creation of the foundation.”
